Page and Cooper Watch Servicing and Repair

Page and Cooper Watch Servicing

At Page and Cooper we pride ourselves on selling watches which, with the proper care and maintenance, should last a lifetime. Our commitment to keeping customers' treasured timepieces ticking is why we are so passionate about offering a first-class level of After Sales Care; delivered by our UK based Service Centre. Here, your watch will be entrusted to one of our skilled and qualified watchmakers.

Our experienced team of watchmakers and restorers are qualified to work on movements and complications from a wide range of manufacturers and brands, not limited to those listed for sale on our site.

Every timepiece booked in for a service or repair is regarded with the utmost consideration of its often sentimental status; a precise record of its history will be kept throughout this servicing process. You'll help us to determine your requirements and the scope of the required service in our initial communications.

When your watch arrives with us, it will be issued a unique reference number and photographed in detail, before the team liaises with our watchmakers who are fully trained in every manufacturer’s unique requirements.

Prior to servicing, an initial inspection of every watch will determine which parts may be required. All of our servicing and repairs are carried out in line with manufacturer’s recommendations and come with a 12 month service warranty on parts and labour.

Servicing your watch is an investment that gives you peace of mind; each and every component will be disassembled, inspected and then ultrasonically cleaned before everything is re-inspected and meticulously reassembled in line with the manufacturers specifications and of course using original parts.

The penultimate leg of your watch’s journey through our servicing procedure is the testing phase which is fundamental to ensure that your watch is performing to its full potential. This includes; pressure testing, regulating accuracy in five positions, as well as checking the power reserve.

Finally, once your watch has passed all quality control tests, a member of the After Sales Team will liaise with you about arranging a date and time that best suits you for its return by designated courier.

We invite you to watch this video of Jonathan taking you on an exclusive journey through the watchmakers' workshop, in which he discusses the whole process and demonstrates just how we would look after your watch.

If you have any questions at all or would like to enquire about treating your timepiece to a Page & Cooper Service, please don’t hesitate to contact us; email or call 0208 387 4060.
