We sell watches to all EU nations and also most countries worldwide.
On ALL watches over £1,000 delivery to anywhere in the world is free. For watches under £1,000 the delivery charge varies from nation to nation but is always the most competitive for the quality of service we expect. Our international rates have recently been reduced.
Outside of the EU there may be an import charge on your purchases. Make sure you are aware of the amount as we are not responsible for these charges.
Of course, our courier service is tracked and is insured against loss or damage.
Delivery is usually between 3 to 5 days but may take longer in some regions. Please be patient, rest assured that it is in everyone’s interest to get your watch to you as soon as possible. A signature will be required to guarantee delivery.
All our prices are shown £GBP. We are obliged to include VAT which is a 20% sales tax. This price is the European Union price. But, if you reside outside of the EU you will not pay the VAT charge. So, for example an order priced at £1,000 within the EU will cost just £833.33 outside! We take off VAT charges automatically if you qualify.
We take payments from all major credit cards and also Paypal. Our GBP price will be converted to your local currency by Paypal or by your method of payment provider. You can check to find out exactly how much you will be charged at the checkout.
Payment is required at the time of order. If your chosen watch is out of stock we will inform you and immediately upon receipt from the manufacturer send it to you.
Should the delivery time become too extended for your wishes, we will cancel your order and authorise a full refund. No hassle.
At Page and Cooper we guarantee safe and secure delivery. All watches are checked by us before onward transit. But, should a watch arrived damaged in anyway, then please let us know immediately upon receipt. Our expert team will explore solutions and offer help by telephone or by email.
You should not have to return your watch to us. But if you do need to make a return for any reason, you will be expected to pay all costs incurred except when a manufacturer fault is found. Please understand that the need to make a return is very rare and we will take all steps to avoid the necessity.
