We have tried many shipping companies over the years and have finally settled on DHL for International deliveries and DPD for UK deliveries. We have found their service to be superb, quick and reliable.

Yes we need to make sales. This is after all a business but... this is also our passion! Years of experience mean we know what we are doing and what our customers expect.

Your purchase is insured whilst in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you do not receive the goods in person (i.e. for gift orders or where an item has been signed for by a concierge/reception desk) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Please note, collections and deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays and/or Weekends. Please allow additional time if ordering on or near public holidays or during Sale periods.

Definitions

Company refers to Page and Cooper. Goods and services refers to The Goods and services which the Company supplies. Purchaser refers to The Person who the Company is supplying goods and services to.

Ownership of Goods

Legal title of goods shall remain the Company’s until such time the Company receives payment in full of all sums due in respect of goods supplied.

Goods reserved with a deposit will be held for a period of up to four weeks from invoice date unless other arrangements are agreed by us prior to deposit. Deposits are non transferable nor refundable.

Delivery / Carriage

Delivery times are approximate. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by the Company in writing. The Company’s charge for delivery may not represent the actual cost paid by the Company to its courier. The Company reserves the right to charge the purchaser the full cost of carriage on unwanted goods.
Please be aware that our shippers may charge a customs handling fee, and that your country's Customs Office will probably charge separate import fees and taxes. These may come as a bill arriving a week or more after you receive your package. For all shipping methods there may also be fees charged by other organizations working with your country's post office. You are responsible for paying these fees.

Shortages and Damage in transit

Any shortages or damages must be reported to the Company within 24 hours or next working day from the delivery date.

Can my order be delivered to a different address?

First Orders: We are very keen to do everything possible to protect our Customers from online fraud. For this reason, your first order with us MUST be shipped to your card billing address. Online security uses a system that checks your billing address against your card issuers' records and, if it is not the same, it can cause your order to be delayed or cancelled. We hope this does not cause you inconvenience but feel sure you will appreciate our efforts to combat fraud.

Second and Subsequent Orders: Once you have made your first successful order with us, we can deliver to an alternative address, such as your workplace, but there may be a 24hr delay whilst we make additional security checks.

Will I receive an order confirmation from you?

Yes. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes of course, but by appointment only... we’ll even make you a cup of tea or coffee!

Returns

If the goods are found to be faulty or not as described then we will refund your shipping costs up to the value of £10.00 by prior arrangement with Page and Cooper.

If your watch (or other product) develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, then please notify us in writing immediately. You must return it with its original packaging, all accessories and proof of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect the item to verify the fault.

In line with current EU legislation Page and Cooper provide a cooling off period (not a try before you buy period) and a right to cancel your order should you decide not to complete the transaction. The cooling off period begins the day after your goods are received and ends 14 working days later. The regulations require the customer to contact us in writing to notify us of the intent to cancel/return the goods.

For orders outside the EU goods are returnable, however you must notify us of your intention to return the goods within 7 days of receipt and the goods must be received back at Page and Cooper within 14 days of your notification. You will be responsible for the costs of any return shipping. Shipping costs of £25 will be deducted from your original purchase and Page and Cooper will not be liable for any duties or fluctuations in currency.

We cannot accept returns/cancellations if we have not been notified in writing before this period has lapsed. Email is an acceptable way to notify us and we will confirm that we have received such communication. If an order is cancelled within this cooling off period we would expect the goods to be returned to us within 14 days before we process any refund or exchange. We do not refund carriage costs. We also expect goods to be returned in pristine condition with the original packaging and contents and must not be used in a way that constitutes acceptance by the customer.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Page and Cooper at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address on our returns authorisation form. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging and must not have been used.

We will send you a Returns Authorisation Form and ask that you follow the instructions to return the item to us. Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, it will be checked, and, provided it has been received in an ‘as new’ condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price and the delivery charge.

Until you are certain that you will keep the watch (or other product), do not wear it, try it on or use it in any way. A new watch worn even one time for a short period will show signs of wear to both the strap and case, and cannot be accepted for return. Remember, do not wear or try on your watch until you decide to keep your watch to preserve your right to return the watch.

Do not have the bracelet resized or links removed. If you have purchased a strap or bracelet as an accessory, do not attach the strap or bracelet to the watch, do not remove links, and do not wear the strap or bracelet. Do not remove any plastic covering from the watch, bracelet, buckle or other items until you know you will keep the watch. These materials help to ensure that the watch is not scratched and once removed cannot be reattached in such a way as to stick correctly.

All watches and other items must be returned with their original packaging in a brand new, unused and undamaged condition. This policy applies to boxes, papers, warranty and owners manuals and any special tools. If any of these items are missing, damaged or modified, the return cannot be accepted and the package will be returned to you.

If an item has been Custom Ordered or Personalised in anyway, it is not eligible for return and all sales are final.

A refund can only be requested within 30 days of despatch. After 30 days we reserve the right to replace or repair any item at our discretion. After 6 months we will repair the item to factory specifications and within factory warranty.

Depending on the nature of the repair, your item will be inspected in house and, if necessary, sent back to the manufacturer or a company specialising the repair of your product. Your item will be repaired or exchanged as they see fit. We will contact you to let you know when your repair is ready, and organise for you to collect your item, or for us to deliver your item to you. Typically, all other repairs take 2-3 weeks. Exceptions to this turnaround time apply for certain manufacturers; you will be advised of any extended lead times on repairs.

Charges for returns and exchanges

Please note, unless your item is faulty, you will be liable for any delivery costs associated with your return/exchange. These costs will vary, but typically, the cost of a courier collecting goods from your door to return to us will cost £10-£20 for most items, but may be significantly more for very heavy, bulky items.

Where orders incur a delivery charge, we only will refund you the cost of a standard delivery service for that item. We cannot refund any additional charges that you opt to pay to get a premium delivery service at the point of ordering e.g. Saturday delivery.

We cannot refund the original delivery cost for International orders outside of the EU.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of collection or delivery for international repairs, even when items are within their warranty period.

Repeated returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, customers returning items repeatedly may be refused at our discretion.

When the item arrives at our warehouse if it is not in resale-able condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
